Excellent. Reviewed the website but decided stop by the facility to make sure the product matched the picture on the website. Elijah greeted me upon driving through the gate. Was very thorough in explaining the process and let me walk around to see the various options. The product matched the website perfectly. He walked me through the ordering process and it was a done deal. While driving home I received a text advising that the truck was being loaded About 15 minutes later I rec’d a text that the product was delivered. The process could not have been any better.
